Personal Performance Coach

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a holistic, individualized performance program encompassing physical conditioning, mental training, recovery, and nutrition.

• Continuously monitor and optimize physical performance and psychological readiness using data-driven insights.

• Support pre-match preparation, post-match recovery, and long-term athletic development.

• Act as a daily performance partner and trusted advisor, coordinating with club staff and external professionals as needed.

• Provide expert guidance on injury prevention, workload management, and overall wellness.

• Maintain detailed progress tracking, assessments, and performance reports to support data-informed decision-making.

• Stay up to date with the latest developments in elite sports science and apply best practices to maximize results.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with elite-level football players or within high-performance sport environments.

• Expertise in strength and conditioning, recovery protocols, sports nutrition, and mental performance training.

• Familiarity with athlete monitoring systems and performance tracking technologies.

• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in managing the demands of a high-profile client.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Flexibility to travel and adjust to dynamic schedules aligned with the football season.

• Fluency in English; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is a plus.

• Knowledge of the Indonesian football ecosystem is an added advantage.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
