Personal Performance Coach
Status Pro Sport is a one-stop football marketing agency representing professional football players, trainers, e-sport players, and supporting professionals. Our team is composed of (former) athletes, seasoned entrepreneurs, and dedicated specialists committed to guiding our clients throughout their professional journey. Headquartered in the Netherlands, we have operated for over a decade, and since 2020, we have expanded our operations to Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement a holistic, individualized performance program encompassing physical conditioning, mental training, recovery, and nutrition.
• Continuously monitor and optimize physical performance and psychological readiness using data-driven insights.
• Support pre-match preparation, post-match recovery, and long-term athletic development.
• Act as a daily performance partner and trusted advisor, coordinating with club staff and external professionals as needed.
• Provide expert guidance on injury prevention, workload management, and overall wellness.
• Maintain detailed progress tracking, assessments, and performance reports to support data-informed decision-making.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in elite sports science and apply best practices to maximize results.
Requirements
• Proven experience working with elite-level football players or within high-performance sport environments.
• Expertise in strength and conditioning, recovery protocols, sports nutrition, and mental performance training.
• Familiarity with athlete monitoring systems and performance tracking technologies.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in managing the demands of a high-profile client.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Flexibility to travel and adjust to dynamic schedules aligned with the football season.
• Fluency in English; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Indonesian football ecosystem is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
