Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in human resources and/or project management, preferably in a standalone or cross-functional role.
· Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements, with the ability to implement and manage HR functions independently.
· Proven track record of managing recruitment, employee relations, performance reviews, and organizational development initiatives.
· Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering projects across multiple departments, with accountability for timelines, budgets, and outcomes.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, coach, and engage stakeholders at all levels.
· Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, particularly in resolving HR issues and managing project risks.
· High attention to detail and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate HR and project documentation.
· Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
· Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment while collaborating across departments.
· Fluency in English, both written and verbal; additional languages are an asset

Key responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure Status Pro Sports attracts and retains top talent.
· Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems in alignment with legal requirements and organizational culture.
· Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts to support a high-performance team environment.
· Oversee internal HR documentation, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure compliance with employment laws and industry standards.
· Advise leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, compensation strategies, and change management initiatives.
· Plan, coordinate, and lead cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
· Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, resource needs, and ensuring successful execution and delivery.
· Monitor project progress, address risks and roadblocks, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
· Continuously evaluate and improve internal workflows, HR operations, and project management processes to enhance overall efficiency and impact.
