Status Pro Sport is a one-stop football marketing agency for professional football players, trainers, Esport players, and supporting professionals. Our team consists of (former) players, experienced entrepreneurs, and fully dedicated professionals to support our clients through their entire journey. We represent our clients' interests to help them achieve maximum results, both athletic and in business. Our head office is located in the Netherlands, where we have been operating for over 10 years. Since 2020, we also work from Indonesia.

As the HR & Project Manager at Status Pro Sport, you will play a pivotal standalone role overseeing both human resources function and cross-functional project execution. You will lead all aspects of HR operations—including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development—while also managing the planning and delivery of key strategic projects across departments. In this dual-capacity role, you’ll ensure HR policies and practices foster a high-performance, compliant, and inclusive workplace, while simultaneously driving critical initiatives that support operational efficiency and business growth. You will collaborate with leadership to align talent strategy with business goals, and lead projects from conception through to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. With a unique blend of people management insight and project delivery expertise, you will directly impact team culture, organizational structure, and strategic outcomes. This position offers the autonomy to shape internal systems and processes that will scale with the agency’s continued growth.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in human resources and/or project management, preferably in a standalone or cross-functional role.

· Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements, with the ability to implement and manage HR functions independently.

· Proven track record of managing recruitment, employee relations, performance reviews, and organizational development initiatives.

· Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering projects across multiple departments, with accountability for timelines, budgets, and outcomes.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, coach, and engage stakeholders at all levels.

· Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, particularly in resolving HR issues and managing project risks.

· High attention to detail and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate HR and project documentation.

· Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.

· Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment while collaborating across departments.

· Fluency in English, both written and verbal; additional languages are an asset

As the sole point of responsibility for both HR and project functions, your leadership will directly influence team performance, organizational structure, and the successful execution of business priorities in a competitive industry landscape.

Key responsibilities

· Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure Status Pro Sports attracts and retains top talent.

· Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems in alignment with legal requirements and organizational culture.

· Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts to support a high-performance team environment.

· Oversee internal HR documentation, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure compliance with employment laws and industry standards.

· Advise leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, compensation strategies, and change management initiatives.

· Plan, coordinate, and lead cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

· Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, resource needs, and ensuring successful execution and delivery.

· Monitor project progress, address risks and roadblocks, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

· Continuously evaluate and improve internal workflows, HR operations, and project management processes to enhance overall efficiency and impact.
