Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize all aspects of Status Pro Sport’s e-commerce channels, including website and marketplace platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, etc.).
• Develop and execute e-commerce growth strategies that align with brand and business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory visibility.
• Monitor and improve user experience (UX/UI) to drive conversion rates and online engagement.
• Create marketing plan for merchandise selling via marketplace
• Plan, run, and analyze digital marketing campaigns to increase site traffic and revenue.
• Utilize SEO/SEM, email marketing, affiliate programs, and paid advertising to support customer acquisition and retention.
• Conduct performance tracking and sales analytics, turning insights into actionable plans for revenue growth.
• Stay updated with e-commerce trends, technologies, and platform developments to maintain competitive edge.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors, logistics, and payment gateway partners.
• Ensure alignment between digital marketing and e-commerce strategies to build brand visibility and online sales.
• Implement A/B testing and continuous optimization techniques for improved campaign and sales performance.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and content teams to produce engaging digital assets.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
• Proven track record of growing online sales and managing digital storefronts (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
• Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, consumer behavior, and digital funnel optimization.
• Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and e-commerce analytics tools (GA4, Data Studio, etc.).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Creative and proactive mindset, with a passion for continuous experimentation and innovation.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of the sports, apparel, or lifestyle industry is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly across departments.
