The Case

The event aimed to bring BVB fans closer to their idols, Roman Weidenfeller, Marcel Schmelzer, and Kevin Großkreutz, while expanding the presence of BVB and Puma in Indonesia. It was held in conjunction with the BVB Legends' visit to Bandung for an exhibition match against the PERSIB All-Stars.

Our Approach

As the organizer, Status Pro Sport meticulously executed every detail from start to finish. Which includes ensuring safety and security protocols, event production, managing media interactions, and coordinating the event schedule. Approximately 75 enthusiastic fans from Indonesia, China, and Malaysia attended the meet and greet, where they had the opportunity to shake hands, collect autographs, and capture lasting memories through photographs with their football heroes.

The Results

The event was a resounding success, allowing fans to connect with their idols on a personal level.
