Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Understand client objectives and deliver tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Provide proactive communication and updates to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Oversee the planning and execution of client initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and creative, to deliver integrated solutions.
• Monitor project progress, troubleshoot challenges, and maintain accountability for deliverables.
• Develop and execute strategies that align with client goals and company objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities within client accounts to drive revenue and deepen partnerships.
• Stay informed on industry trends to provide insights and innovative recommendations.
• Measure and report on the success of client initiatives, using data-driven insights to improve outcomes.
• Provide regular performance reviews and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years in account management, client services, or a similar role, preferably within the sports, entertainment, or marketing industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with the sports industry and a passion for understanding athlete and partner needs.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle pressure, and deliver results within tight deadlines.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a client-first mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with experience presenting to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience in sports marketing or athlete representation is highly desirable.
