Lesly de Sa is a former professional footballer who developed in the Ajax academy and made his first-team debut for the club. A pacey and direct winger, he later played for Go Ahead Eagles, FC Oss, RKC Waalwijk, and FC Volendam. Following his playing career, he moved into coaching and currently serves as assistant coach of Ajax U14, focusing on developing young talent and passing on his professional experience.
