Senior Sales Manager

Status Pro Sport is a one-stop football marketing agency for professional football players, trainers, Esport players, and supporting professionals. Our team consists of (former) players, experienced entrepreneurs, and fully dedicated professionals to support our clients through their entire journey. We represent our clients' interests to help them achieve maximum results, both athletic and in business. Our head office is located in the Netherlands, where we have been operating for over 14 years. Since 2020, we also work from Indonesia.

As the Senior Sales Manager at Status Pro Sport, you will take a leadership role in driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, and spearheading strategic sales initiatives. In this role, you will oversee the acquisition of new business while nurturing existing client relationships to maximize long-term value. By leveraging your expertise in sales strategy, team leadership, and industry insights, you will mentor and guide the sales team to achieve and exceed targets. Acting as a key decision-maker, you will cultivate partnerships with high-profile clients, negotiate impactful deals, and develop innovative sales approaches that align with business objectives. With a proven track record in sales and a deep passion for the sports industry, you will play a pivotal role in cementing Status Pro Sport’s position as a market leader while driving sustained business success.
Salary
KANDIDAT IDEAL KAMI

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; anMBA is a plus.

·       5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or accountmanagement, preferably within the sports, entertainment, or marketing industry.

·       Proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor, motivate, anddevelop a high-performing sales team.

·       Track record of success in driving revenue growth, acquiring high-valueclients, and managing complex sales cycles.

·       Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability toanalyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

·       Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with experienceengaging senior decision-makers and closing large deals.

·       Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics platforms, and Microsoft OfficeSuite.

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, managingmultiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

·       Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experiencepitching to clients, stakeholders, and executives.

·       Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languageskills are a plus.

·       Background in sports marketing, athlete representation, or sponsorshipsales is highly desirable.
