Senior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative assets for branding projects, social media, campaign visuals, merchandise, and more.

• Create visually striking designs for both static and motion-based content (in collaboration with motion designers).

• Translate creative briefs and strategic insights into clear, on-brand visual outcomes.

• Collaborate with content, production, and strategy teams to ensure consistency and high design standards across all platforms.

• Develop and evolve visual identities for football-related clients including athletes, clubs, sponsors, and events.

• Maintain a strong understanding of football culture, design trends, typography, and layout principles.

• Lead junior designers or freelancers when necessary, and contribute to internal design reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within creative, sports, or youth culture-driven environments.

• A strong portfolio that shows range, originality, and a strong eye for layout, color, and typography.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma or After Effects knowledge is a plus.

• Strong conceptual thinking, with the ability to bring ideas to life visually.

• Experience designing for both digital and print formats.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of craft.

• A genuine passion for football, creativity, and storytelling.

• Comfortable collaborating in fast-paced, team-driven workflows.

Nice to Have

• Experience in motion graphics or art direction.

• Familiarity with branding or marketing for football clubs, athletes, or lifestyle brands.

• Comfort working with Google Slides/Keynote for deck creation.

• Photography or illustration skills are a plus.
