Finance and Tax Senior Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all internal financial and tax operations for Status Pro Sport, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.

• Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, providing detailed financial analysis to internal stakeholders.

• Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure long-term financial stability for the agency.

• Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.

• Manage cash flow, account reconciliation, and financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making within the agency.

• Provide financial insights to support key business decisions, working independently to identify areas of financial improvement and growth.

• Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring the agency is always in compliance and that best practices are being followed.

• Review contracts and agreements to assess financial and tax implications, advising the agency on potential risks and opportunities.

• Ensure the efficient management of internal financial systems and processes, streamlining operations for maximum efficiency.

• Continuously monitor and assess the agency’s financial performance, implementing improvements to drive growth and profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax management, with a focus on compliance and financial strategy.

• Strong understanding of financial and tax regulations, with the ability to manage financial operations independently.

• Proven track record of preparing financial reports, managing budgets, and implementing tax strategies for organizations.

• In-depth knowledge of local and international tax laws and regulations, as well as accounting standards and principles.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions based on financial data.

• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial activities.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel; familiarity with accounting platforms is a plus.

• Fluency in English, with additional language skills being an advantage.
